Willamette Veterinary Clinic, our doctors are committed to providing
your pet with the best care available anywhere. Our doctors brings
a unique wealth of experience to bear upon their cases and have
dedicated themselves to fostering the human-animal bond.

| Dr.
Steve Callahan is the head veterinarian and owner of Willamette
Veterinary Clinic. Born and raised in Missouri, Dr. Callahan attended
Tulane University in New Orleans, and received his DVM from the University
of Missouri Veterinary School in 1982.
Dr. Callahan believes in maintaining the highest standards in veterinary
care. His commitment to quality care has made the WVC one of the few
AAHA-certified small animal hospital in the central Willamette Valley.

Dr.
Jennifer Barrington a graduated from Oregon
State University's College of Veterinary Medicine. She has a special
interest in exotic animals including pocket pets.
Dr.
Barrington enjoys camping with her husband, Don Gallup. She loves
to swing dance, make ceramics, and spend time with her Border Collie/Lab
puppy, Belle, and her three cats, Dagny, Andy and Gizmo

Dr.
Joey Goldthorpe is originally from Wisconsin.
She has a Bachelor of
Science degree in Psychology with an emphasis in animal behavior.
She enjoys photography, reading, gardening and all things cats! She lives locally
with her ten cats and two dogs.

Dr. John Arnold joined Willamette Veterinary Clinic in 2007 after practicing in West Hollywood, California. Born and raised in Seal Beach, California, Dr. Arnold received a B.S. in Zoology and spent a semester abroad in Australia. He then completed a Masters in Business from Colorado State University and graduated from the Colorado State University of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Arnold is AAVMA Certified in Veterinary Acupuncture with a strong focus on pain management and neurological disease. Other professional interests include: dermatology, surgery, anesthesia, cancer patients and strengthening the human/animal bond. His family includes an older chocolate lab named Marley, an English bulldog named Carter and a tortoise named Ned.
Outside of the hospital Dr. Arnold enjoys surfing, hiking, soccer, ice hockey and photography.
